Artwork, Logos and Branding
Organising artwork is something we work with you very closely on. We need for printing high quality logos in AI or EPS formats. If you don't have these don't worry (we have Graphic Artists to do that!) simply call us on the number above and we will demistify the whole process.

No worries, we can organise them, sometimes we need to charge for them - it all depends on the value of the bag, the potential order size and if you are a returning customer, just call and talk with us please.
Set Up Fees - ABOLISHED!
In 2001 we were seen as industry crack-pots by not charging set up fees (our customer don't seem to mind!). The costs you see are total costs including the decoration type indicated on each product page.
Freight
We are transparent and charge freight at cost. Most of our customers are in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane so freight to these locations is less than Perth or Darwin. We will quote freight prior to your order.
Discounting for Not-For-Profit Organisations
Our prices are already low but sometimes, on some products, we can be squeezed further to help charities and other such groups in support of their good work in our local communities. Call and ask the question.
